  Decepcionante

  Não havia informação sobre Wi-Fi e respectiva senha. Quando reclamei informaram uma senha errada. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Não havia tv aberta.

  Altamente recomendavel

  Localização e facilidades excelentes. Precisei de cabides (não havia nenhum no apartamento) e me foram entregues no dia seguinte.

  Unica queixa foi a constatação que o ar condicionado não funciona para quente. Nada que reduza a qualidade do alojamento, mas considerando que estamos na capital mais fria do país, seria bom ter um ar condicionado que aquecesse..

  Good but make sure check-in works ahead of time

  The location is very good and it's very modern and new, everything was very clean.

  It is a bit small even for two people and the check-in didn't work in the app or the website. They also sent me two different localizers to check-in which I didn't understand because both worked but as soon as I went to upload a picture of my passport it kept loading and never worked. It worked the first time and it told me I was checked in but I wasn't. I had to get into contact with customer support twice, they were always very nice and in the end helpful but it was just a long frustrating process to check-in for me. Once you're checked in everything is hassle free though.

  Praticidade, independência e conforto.

  Gostei das acomodações, do autoatendimento, do mercadinho 24h e principalmente da localização estratégica.

  Senti falta de um canal rápido e eficaz para tirar dúvidas e relatar problemas.
