    Very good location and stay. Need for some modernization on the apartment will make it a +9.

    Great location and amazing views and proximity to beach and amenities very good. Will go back and stay there again. Highly recommended! The Penthouse offers great views from all the rooms.

    Unfortunately the NOX servicing team is managed by an AI agent, so any request you put forward like, fixing the a/c or hot water , would not be resolved or responded to quick enough. 1. the hot water in the main bedroom was not working for 2 days 2. the a/c heater in the main living area was not working (this was on check in) so it was not fixed before arrival 3. overall the apartment needs a refresh and sprucing up to make it a +9 stay NOX need to stop using AI and have humans engage with customers directly. this will save time and frustration
