    Great apartment but disappointed that the second room was locked when I had to pre check in and it was clear it was me a

    Central position and really good set up. The check in system was amazing and the door lock set up etc was ace!

    When I booked I wasn’t given the option of booking for 3 people, only 2. So when I registered - which was asked of me before entering I gave my passport info and my dads. When we arrived the second door to the bedroom was closed and locked. It was an error to only book for 2 but I think it’s very bad that the second room was closed and locked. If I was only travelling with my dad I would want my own room. No consideration was taken into account of the info asked to be given ahead of time and no questions were asked as to whether we needed the second room. The apartment is advertised as a two bedroom so the two bedrooms should be accessible. Also the coffee pods were not for the machine and I was worried we would break the machine. They were cheap pods which didn’t fit properly.

    Schöne moderne Unterkunft, leider nicht mit der zugesagten Leistung zwei Schlafzimmer

    Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment in der Innenstadt von Ronda. Gut zu erreichen.

    Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit zwei (!) Personen mit zwei (!) Schlafzimmern in Booking gesucht & gebucht. Das Apartment wird auch so angeboten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde uns aber nicht zur Verfügung gestellt und blieb verschlossen. Auch auf Nachfrage (wir waren nicht als Paar unterwegs) wurde es nicht aufgeschlossen - es gab ein unnötiges Hin und her … nicht gut und nicht kulant gelöst!
