    Puntacana apartment rental

The appears clean. However the power went out more than once in the two days. In addition not much communication between the cleaner and the manager, cleaner took the room key and had to call the manager who didn’t answer the phone but rather texts via WhatsApp hours later and we were left with no key eventually late in the evening we were able to get in. Beautiful apartment but I don’t understand how there’s no back up generator or power that part sucked, other than that it was nice

When we arrived the place wasnt really clean, but the 2 maids were really great in making a difference in our time there. The internet didnt really work until the day before we left. Inside the condo has a wierd mold smell. Pros: the bed was comfortable, aesthetic nice, cute furnishing. Food behind condo but didnt get to try it.

If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.
