    Great location, great island. Rooms could do with a refresh.

    Staff who checked us in could have been more friendly. Staff when we checked out was great.

    Would not visit this Lodge again; extremely poor management.

    Location and nothing else. Sauna was at another location. Staff seemed to not be very well informed.

    Complained 3 times about noise from people above. We were not the only people complaining. Manager on duty himself heard the noise from outside the room. Yet nothing was done about it. We asked for a change of room at 7:30 pm after second complaint. No room change offered. After third complaint at 9:30 pm, a room change was offered at 9:45pm. Too little too late. But the offenders above were given the option to move first to a less busy part of the Lodge so as to not affect other guests, and they refused. Instead, make the victims of the noise move. Very poor management.

    This was our second stay and we may shop around for something with a kitchen

    Location Comfortable beds

    We would’ve appreciated more information from the front desk about things like the community kitchen, the outdoor barbeque and fire pit area. Room amenities like coffee could include creamers in the fridge, and perhaps some different teas offered as well .? Small TV
