    Great location, beautiful view of the canal with easy access to Chester amenities

    Fabulous location, two minutes to great eateries and bars. Short walk to city centre, once we got our bearings it was pretty easy to navigate around the area. Locals were very friendly. We would have liked to stay longer but had only booked for three nights. Short distance from the train station too, if we wanted to venture any further.

    I hadn't realised that the main entrance was on a different road and became confused trying to find the property, although my phone sat nav told me we had reached the destinatination I hadn't appreciated we were entering from a side door. Also my phone sat nav didn't pick up on where the car parking was. Once I realised where I had gone wrong, it all made perfect sense.

    The accommodation was very near to town but it needs a thorough clean and all devices checked.

    The lounge and beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped.

    It wasn’t very clean. Corners and ledges were dirty. Ensuite shower had mouldy grout and a filthy shower hose. The TV streaming service was troublesome and the heating thermostat wasn’t working until an engineer came and fixed it. The sliding patio doors from lounge don’t lock.

    Closeness to train station, city centre short walk, canalside. Quiet considering location.

    Only one and have brought this up privately with the hosts.

    Absolutely loved this property, it was so cosey and great for a girls weekend stay, could have stayed longer!

    Amazing location and very comfortable.

    Plug in the bathroom got stuck and water got blocked there.
