Lovely place
Sofa bed awful. Linen awful for Sofa Not for 4 people. Definitely 2 people only.

Modest. By the canals.
Located by a canal. Well equipped.
Modest, could use some upgrades.The hot water will last 10 minutes and then you must wait over an hour for more. The bed is as hard as the floor but I was so tired that I didn't mind. The blow-dryer shuts off after 10 minutes. After I had already left, the host messaged me that I was supposed to leave the city tax in cash on the table. I was not made aware of that. She then requested a bank transfer with the money. I had already paid in full with booking.com so I was pretty confused.

Great location in the heart of Venice with a very nice canal view
Very nice view on the canal, we had everything we need, clean apartment and very nice location, walking distance from all the nice activities and main sights.

FANTASTICO !!
Una ubicación fantástica con unas maravillosas ventanas que dan directamente al canal. Apartamento completo , bonita cocina , utensilios y decoración completos , nos gustó mucho y Sarah siempre estaba pendiente , nos ofreció incluso salir mas tarde el día del checkout sin problema.
