    Incroyable!

    L’hotel est SUPER ! Vraiment rien a dire ! Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et serviable, nous sommes allee pour notre lune de miel et nous avons eu le droit a un show ainsi qu’un gateau gratuit pour l’evenement .🥳 au petit soin et attentif, serviable et extrement gentil!! Je recommande les yeux fermers

    Não sejam tão insistentes nas vendas... já chega na praia.

    ter o jantar buffet. bom cuidado com a piscina. a equipa de limpeza era muito eficiente. os empregado eram simpáticos principalmente alguns das refeições. A comida era boa e o pequenos almoço também (não e o típico pequeno almoço de resort com tudo e mais alguma coisa....)

    Não sei se é uma instrução da gestão ou se é iniciativa do staff; mas há uma pressão para vender coisas logo no check in; primeiro com o spa e depois com excursões e atividades, quando mostrámos claramente que não era algo em que tivéssemos interesse. É uma abordagem que cria logo desconforto em quem chega para começar a sua estadia. Depois, são os empregados que sem reservas nos pedem para deixar uma avaliação de 9 ou 10 pois a sua remuneração depende disso; e são insitentes ao poucos de pedirem para fazer logo em frente deles, com a sua ajuda e tudo! Se isto é verdade, a gestão deveria ter vergonha. Paguem aos seus funcionários e nao estejam a passar essa responsabilidade aos clientes! Além de ser injusto para outros hotéis, é injusto para outros viajantes que vêem as avaliações como sendo verdadeiras e é uma vergonha para o hotel! Não fossem estas abordagens e a minha avaliação teria sido melhor.
