    Profile of apartments on booking.com lacking proper description of specific apt features/location

    The lady agent helping us to check in was friendly, patient n helpful. She rectified some of the problem areas fast n responsively. Location close to Tesco n Tian Tian supermarkets.

    Pictures n address on booking.com different from apt offered to us. Toiletries like toothbrush not provided, shampoo n bath bel barely enough. No washing tablet for dish washer provided. TV in living area old, unable to offer smart connection. Room n bed quite small.

    Was not the best place I stayed in London. If you work at Canary Wharf the location is good, close to the DLR.

    The area is not great. Not a lot to do in the area and a bit out of the way. The property was very sparsely decorated. The building is hot.
