Okay for short stays. It has the necessities.
Location was great! Pretty close to everything. Bathroom was nice and clean. Kettle in kitchen was good to have. TV was nice, just a bit big for the distance it was from the couch.
The floor wasn’t too clean. We vacuumed the living room a bit and discovered a fair bit of dust and stuff. Couch didn’t seem the cleanest, cushions had a few old stains. Could consider replacing the covers if not the cushions. It was quite soft to sleep on so would only recommend for very short stay as we prefer more support. Also the doona was bare, a blanket cover would’ve been nice. Bedroom is a bit stuffy. Don’t think there’s any natural ventilation but we slept okay. This was mid-spring and not too warm yet. Maybe a factor to consider in summer though we didn’t test the A/C out. Pillows were all very soft from overuse.

Location and interior
Our stay had a few notable drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. Most importantly, the internet connection was extremely slow, which made it very difficult to get online that I have to cancel all my meetings. Additionally, the provided toiletries were insufficient for the duration of our visit and the number of guests. While the location had its perks, these issues made it less comfortable than expected.
