John & his wife were very pleasant. John is very nice and when we requested more towels they brought them over almos

John was very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. Both him and his wife were very pleasant and I will be recommending to friends and family.

The furniture looks a bit old, but I know the humidity has a lot to do with it. Outside of that nothing else was a problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cancun to book here.

    A fuir
