Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Shontel. She went out of her way to get the kitchen supplies we needed and recommended a very good local restaurant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay — Would Definitely Come Back! We had a wonderful experience at Candlewood Suites! We drove all the way from Chicago to New Orleans and ended up arriving much earlier than expected. Since we were traveling with our dog, I asked ✨ ANGELICA ✨ at the front desk if there was any possibility of checking in early. She was extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating, and they were able to let us check in early, which we truly appreciated after such a long drive. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were respectful, cordial, and friendly, and honestly, everyone we encountered during our stay was welcoming and professional. I have absolutely no complaints. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit New Orleans and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Special thank you to ✨ ANGELICA ✨ and the entire staff for making our stay such a pleasant one! ❤️
The price and rooms can have a little bit more of cleaning. Also I didn't like the fact that there's no breakfast included.

Location was great. Close enough to everything but far enough away to be relaxing.
