    Parking lot was well designed to optimize short walks with big bags! Larger bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

    The dim overhead lighting made the rather nice room look like a prison. We also experienced a brief power outage. I booked the room many months in advance and unfortunately had selected a Queen bed. It was comfortable but small for myself and my husband, but the hotel could not offer us any alternatives.

    Acceptable but lied to.

    I made a reservation for two queen beds online and it was quick and easy. When I arrived at the hotel, it was clean and inviting.

    I made a reservation for two queen beds and received one queen bed. When I asked as to why I did not receive the two queens, I was told that it's optional and there were no other rooms available. I was very disappointed with that answer. Why allow customers to select the option of two queen beds when the facility will determine what you receive? I will not be staying at another Candlewood in the future for this reason. Is it difficult to give a paying customer what they requested?
