    The location and cleanliness

My family wanted more variety of ready to go food in the store.

    Sub par

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and clean. The noise level was minimal.

Several staff members could have been more helpful and better trained. They work in the hospitality industry, after all. Their attitude about their work was sub par. I bought Lysol wipes from the shop listed at $2.00, later saw that I was charged $4.00 when I got home. The staff that checked me out was not proficient with the computer.
