    I liked the decor. My dissatisfaction comes from staff member named Tracey. She canceled our reservation. She lied on Booking.com stating they overbooked the hotel. Then she said she was going to give me 5000K points because of the inconveniences we went. Now she says she has to talk to her manager. Her actions caused us to not have the best stay. I am requesting that you intervene on our behalf to ensure that we get the 5000K points Tracie promised.

    Being lied to and having Candlewood cancel our reservation. Not receiving points that were promised to us.

    Not the cleanliness. No towels, I called the front desk and I was asked to come pick them up. Charged my card, prior to me checking in.

    NO HOT WATER

    The hot water did not work when I checked in and didn't work the next morning. I had to take a ICE COLD SHOWER!
