    Ok, but unnecessary charges

    Convient to airport. Comfortable bed and pillows, QUIET

    Charged a $75 cleaning fee for my pet. We literally stayed the night and just slept...my dog is small dog under 12lbs... no mess to be made. We traveled all day and just rented room to sleep before heading to our final destination.....

    Okay stay!

    Staff were very friendly. Laundry on site was a plus. Room size was perfect. Location was perfect and very short drive to the airport and target shopping center.

    The parking garage is a hot mess!!!!! It seems as if the hotel is using their parking lot for long term parking. The 4 days we stayed the parking lot was full, yet the hotel was pretty empty every time we walked around. The only hotel in that area with a full parking lot. We made mental note on how many cars didn’t move in 4 days and it was about 90% of the parked cars. This is very unfair to the customer, we pay for a hotel with parking included only to be told if the lot is full to park in alley way. Fix this problem.

    I'll stay in Vancouver next time.

    Portland Oregon tax 16 %. Are you kidding me?????? Never again. $70 in taxes for 3 nights.
