Do not book a room here - they will charge you but cancel your room and never give the money back.

They canceled my room reservation, which I have booked 11 days prior the day of check-in. Three hours after my a lot of check-in time! they charged me $425 that morning and I have yet to see a refund. UPDATE: I have reached out and so has booking.com but still it is October 21st and no refund. My review still stands. do not book with this hotel. its not worth the headache.

We were traveling and chose this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced option available. Unfortunately, our experience was absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointing. Upon entering our room, we discovered a significant amount of hair all over the bed sheets, which immediately raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the room. It was completely unacceptable and made us question whether the bedding had even been properly cleaned or changed between guests. The entire hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation, deep cleaning, and overall improvements. The property felt outdated, poorly maintained, unsanitary, and honestly unsettling. We did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Affordable accommodations should never mean sacrificing basic cleanliness, hygiene, or guest safety. Regardless of the price, every paying guest deserves a clean, sanitary, and properly maintained room. Management seriously needs to address these unacceptable conditions instead of allowing guests to experience such a disturbing environment. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families traveling with children. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had, and I would strongly advise others to spend a little more money elsewhere rather than risk staying at this property. Extremely disappointed. This hotel needs immediate attention and major improvements.
