    Clean, comfortable and secure apartment in a convenient location.

    Clean apartment, comfortable bed and good shower. Location was good for the Utilita Arena and it was a lovely walk to the restaurants near the Arena via the canal. The recommended car park was good value £5 paid on departure.

    There were a few housekeeping niggles that were bearable for a one night stay but would be an issue for a longer stay. No tea towel, no plug for kitchen sink, plug didn’t work in bathroom basin, flickering light in bathroom and only one cereal bowl. The area is a bit scruffy and edgy but the apartment block is secure and clean.

    Didn’t feel welcome to relax at all

    Great Location and good value for money

    £250 security deposit I felt was a bit hefty, even hotels have a maximum of about £50. Don’t like the fact ask you send photo id via WhatsApp, already made me feel uncomfortable before staying. Don’t see why they need this when they don’t even meet you to give you the key to know it’s you! And have to pick key up from a shop which ask for a 6 digit code for any way! They send a list of all the things you will be charged for or lose your deposit to which actually made me feel not welcome to stay at all, to the point I actually slept on the floor fearful I would stain or damage something that they would charge me for.

    City Centre Apartment

    Property was very central within walking distance to train station & city centre. Great instructions & video for checking in & out. Property was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

    Didn't like all the rubbish on street outside the building
