The location was very convenient for exploring Barcelona, with good access to public transport, shops and restaurants. The apartment was a good size and provided a comfortable base for our six-night stay.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property was not as clean as expected, particularly the walls and shower, which needed a thorough clean. There was also a hole in the kitchen wall, and the laundry door could not be opened properly without hitting the ceiling pendant light. The shower also flooded when used. The most serious issue was the power failure on our final night, which meant we could not access the property from approximately 9:30 pm until 11:30 pm. We were initially told that someone would bring a key within 30 minutes, but it took more than two hours, leaving us waiting on the street late at night. This was very frustrating and should have been handled much more quickly.

J’ai pas apprécié ils reste min avis après chacun comment il voit les choses merci
Pas d’ascenseur, c’est une galère au troisième étage, immeuble ancien c’est catastrophe j’ai fait un peu de retard la personne elle est venue taper la porte les femme de ménage devant la porte ils parlent aucun respect pour les locataires
L’immeuble pas de ascenseur trop de bruit le jour de départ la pression pour quitter l’appartement les femme de ménage il attend devant la porte il parlent haute voix

Erg mooi appartement en hele fijne vakantie gehad met groot gezin
Ligging is super! App is zeer ruim Met verschillende hoekjes. Schoon! Alleen tegels die los zitten zou ik vast maken . Paar keer gestoten. En klein minpuntje is geen airco in alle slaapkamers. Stonden wel ventilatoren dus al met al goed
