    Grosse Unterkunft mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer. Säfte und kleine Snacks wurden von der Unterkunft bereitgestellt. Ausstattung gut mit 2 Tabs für Geschirrspülmaschine, 2 Tabs zum Waschen. Zentrale Lage, wenige Gehminuten von Metro Linie 1 entfernt.

    Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, beim Hauseingang im Treppenhaus mehrere Kakerlaken, eine zerquetschte oben in einem Schrank. Nach Buchung Aufforderung weitere 10.45€ Tourist Tax pro Nacht und Erwachsener zu bezahlen (für 3 Nächte zusätzliche Kosten von über 90€). Zugangscode erhält man nur, wenn man alle Pässe schickt und alles mind. 24 h im voraus erledigt. Zugang zum Haus anfangs nur mit Internet möglich. Wir haben nur ca. 30 h vorher gebucht und die Zahlung aufgrund von Sicherheitsbedenken erst nach einem Telefonat mit Booking ca. 6h im Voraus gemacht (Kostenpunkt Telefonat aus der Schweiz mit Booking UK: 60.-). Den Code haben wir nicht rechtzeitig erhalten und mussten uns mehrmals bei der Unterkunft melden. Per Mail erhält man weder von der Unterkunft noch von Booking eine Antwort (auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht). Für uns dadurch enttäuschende Erfahrung.
