    war ok, wir hatten unsere Ruhe und genossen die Abende mit Spielen und guter Stimmung

    Das Doppelzimmer im 1. Stock ist nur über eine äußerst enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, man kommt mit einem Gepäckstück nicht hinauf. Ein Sturz wäre beim runtersteigen fatal, für ältere oder dickere Gäste eine Katastrophe. Das Tor zur Einfahrt wir nicht zu öffnen (defekt), trotz Meldung an Canova keine Reaktion, nur ein erneutes Video wie es gehen sollte. Man kann aber gut das Auto an der Straße vor dem Haus stehen lassen.

    Family holiday 2025.

    Beautiful house in an unusual spot but very convenient for Lidl/Aldi, 5 minutes walk. Also, 10 minute drive into Nerja centre, 20 minute walk. Very spacious bedrooms, lovely lounge and outside area, with parking inside for two cars. We were a party of seven, so we had to use the upstairs bedroom, which was up a difficult spiral staircase. They could do to get some plastic glasses for use by the pool and supply pool towels. Having said all that, we had a wonderful holiday at the villa.

    The pillows were really hard, a bit more crockery for when there are more people staying. There are no plastic glasses for outdoor use. The bathrooms could do with updating. Water leaks everywhere after showering. The large oven didn't work, but there was a small one and a B-B-Q outside The small sink in the kitchen was not much use, but there is a small dishwasher.

    Nice villa good location, nice sea views, sunny areas all day but needs some refurbishing in some areas

    Good location and very spacious

    Needs some refurbishing in some areas, bathrooms and kitchen area. AC heating was not working had to be degassed, this should be an annual service check. Villa was not cleaned during our 1 month stay and we had to chase up change of linen. Shower trays leaked water after using.
