    A quiet rural retreat

    Warm friendly welcome from our host Maureen. We availed of the double room option with balcony, accessed by metal staircase. Warm, spotlessly clean with a comfy bed. Appreciated fresh milk in the fridge and cereals for breakfast. Quiet rual setting with sheep grazing nearby. Short drive to Portmahomack where we walked the beach and Tain in opposite direction where we had our evening meal at Platform 1864.. excellent. Overall, a great experience.

    Metal staircase to access our accomodation though it was safe and very secure.

    Needing to contact host after a cold shower Being asked to let repairman in to fix hws after going to sleep.
