    La proximité du centre ville. Les equipements . Les petites attentions de bienvenu.le confort général

    Le quartier est animé : c est cool mais le soir , le bar à coté génère du bruits jusqu à deux heures du matin. Les cafards qui veulent entrer dans l appartement. Je ne pense pas que ce soit un problème de propreté du logement, mais un problème général à funchall.
