We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cantinho de Aldeias at the base of the Serra da Estrela Mtns.
It was a good base from which to explore the area. The accommodation was comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 4.
As with some villages it is not easy to park outside your accommodation however there was plenty of parking in the village itself and was no more than a 2 minute walk from the front door.
