  Top Lage, aber ein paar Mängel

  Super Lage, große Wohnung

  Dusche war nicht ganz sauber, Wohnung ist relativ dunkel, Balkon grenzt in voller Länge direkt an den Nachbarbalkon wodurch man sich sehr beobachtet fühlt.

  Fine, but you could get much more for your money elsewhere.

  The location is good, close to everything you might need.

  Honestly we were pretty disappointed with this stay. The balcony isn't remotely private, just a short wall separating it from the neighbours next door, so it can be a bit uncomfortable. Fine for drying clothes but not great for having food or drinks. Other than the kitchen the apartment has almost no natural light. The water from the shower went cold after a few minutes, the host said the would call a technician but nothing was done about it during our 10 day stay. This was particularly frustrating because my partner and I went on some hikes, and by the time I very quickly washed my hair, it would be freezing cold water left for us both to try and scrub ourselves clean. On the other hand, my partner scalded himself on the ***boiling hot*** water of the kitchen tap, so please be careful! Also, the fridge connection came loose when we used the washing machine, so if you're not careful (and we didnt think we'd need to be) you could end up with a fridge full of bad food after 24h. We really needed to stick to a reasonable budget so this was difficult for us. We were offered a mid stay 'cleaning' which only consisted of them giving us new towels and a handful of laundry capsules (and they never took the old towels away? odd.) They did however take away the bath mat, but never replaced it, so we just had to deal with a wet slippery floor for the rest of the trip. I genuinely couldn't see a single area that had been cleaned or swept. I can do this myself but it defeats the point of a cleaning, I don't see why they bothered. We stayed in Madeira to experience the island, not a nice hotel...but after this experience I would be more inclined to go for a hotel. Overall, fine, a bed to sleep in, but I think most people would actually have a better experience in a hostel for a considerably lower price. I'm not one to kick up a fuss, but I think it's a shame.

  Appartement central

  Emplacement central, pouvoir se déplacer à pied pour aller au restaurant,visiter la ville... Appartement spacieux et agréable.

  Accueil expéditif.Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine :boule à thé ou théière, seulement 2 verres à vin . Voisins un peu bruyants. Le bâtiment possède un parking souterrain quasiment vide, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu l'utiliser et que nous ayons été obligés de louer un parking à proximité pour la semaine.

  Location is superb. Apartament has a bit strange layout but is bright and nice and very quiet. Bed is comfy. We didn't cook, so I know nothing about kitchen equipment. Balcony is well-kept and clean. Generally our stay was comfortable and satisfying.

  Two small things - I don't like cold colour lights and bathroom has no towel racks, shelves or anything to put aside your clothes.
