    Établissement à recommander !

    Appartement très bien situé près de Cathédrale et des restaurants. Très grande chambre et propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et est servi dans un agréable environnement. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, tout a été parfait. Je recommande fortement cet établissement, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

    besser genau hinschauen....

    Das B&B hat eine gute Lage, in Bezug auf die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt und ihrer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sauber, es wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher getauscht. Minibar und Teekocher vorhanden. Der Cappuccino beim Frühstück war sehr lecker.

    Die Lage ist zentral, mit allen Nebeneffekten. Vor dem B&B liegt eine Strasse. Eigentlich 24h am Tag fährt dort der Bus, permanente Müllabholung, Rettungswagen etc. vorbei. Vor dem B&B liegt eine zentrale Müllentsorgung für das Viertel. Dort wird permanent Müll und Flaschen aus der umliegenden Gastro eingeworfen. Auch nachts. Die Müllabholung ist ebenso laut. Dazu kommt der Geruch. Im Haus selbst liegt eine Konzertveranstaltungsstätte. Wir hatten ein Rockkonzert und konnten im Bett noch die Bässe spüren. Danch bis in die Nacht die feierenden Gäste. Es gibt Schallschutzfenster, die es etwas besser machen, aber nicht völlig. Allerdings öffnen darf man sie nicht, also entweder Frischluft oder Lärm. Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr. Bei früheren Terminen schaut es schlecht aus. Das Frühstück ist italienisch gehalten. Keine Abwechslung. Im Zimmer und Bad gab es schwarzen Schimmel. Die Person, die die Anlage betreut, sahen wir am ersten Tag einmal. Dann nicht wieder.... Wir bekamen einen KI betreuten WhatsAppKanal des B&B empfohlen. Die Anlage erscheint mir massiv überbewertet.
