The hotel was very nice and so we're the employees.
Too many kids in the dinning area not being monitored by their parents. Kids would drop utensils at the buffet and put them right back.

Great hotel, amazing staff and food
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained with plenty of plugs for all our needs. Nice to have a large working TV. Location on the beach was great. Food was amazing, selection of drinks was great. Amount of pools and sunbeds was great.
WiFi and mobile signal in our room weren't great and frequently cut out.The number of seats at the main bar was nowhere near enough for the amount of guests and as that is where the entertainment is for the evening, we felt like we missed out on that. Main bar didn't open until 5pm in the evening, and although there are other bars at twonof the pools and the beach,it would have been nice to have another shaded area where you could get a drink during the day.The location of the hotel in general is away from the main town which is both good and bad. Good that it's a quiet location away from tourists and other beach goers, bad if you wanted to get out of the hotel and visit hersonissos as it was a fair walk away. I'm sure most people visiting an all inclusive are happy to stay in the hotel and not venture out.

Gutes 4* Familienhotel, tolle Anlage, guter Service.
Man riecht nichts!

The best part was Kids animation team, the girls were wonderful and kept kids busy, especially considering the worse weather in tha last 25 years. The personnel in general was very friendly. The apartment was spacious enough, had nice terrace, beds were comfortable and it was cleaned every day properly. PIzzas and pancakes were very tasty.
The food was okay at best. The Mexican and Greek nights were good, but otherwise, I wouldn't say it was top quality. It was my first all-inclusive in Greece, and I expected more (especially in terms of seafood, fruit, and vegetables). For example, we spent three days in Heraklion, and the food in the tavernas there was way better (and not expensive at all). When the weather is awful (I know that it's not the hotel's fault), there is almost no beach. However, there could have been a glass fence at the pool to block the strong northwest wind a bit. Also, it was not possible to play table tennis or billiards most of the time (again, due to the wind), so it would be good to have an indoor games room. There was no TV screen in any bar, so we could not watch any sports events. Furthermore, the quality of the alcohol was atrocious, and there was no option to pay extra for proper brands.
