The cottage had great views. Lovely central heating.
Instructions for stove top would have been handy. Could have been cleaner outside.

As soon as got there, making plans to come back and spend a lot more time exploring Blue Mountains.
Staying at Canyon Cottage in Blackheath was the highlight of the trip! The view out to the back canyon was jaw dropping as soon as we walked in. I got the best bedroom with a view to the backyard, and the bed, linen and pillows were all super comfy. I finally got to do some bird watching from the backyard, with Crimson Rosellas, Eastern Spinebill, and the glorious Satin Bowerbirds. At the end of the road were some of the most spectacular lookouts, and the bushwalking through loads of spring flowering plants made my heart sing. Just a wonderful spot to stay, and things to do.
Not a single complaint, well apart from the weather - we had heavy fog and rain which took away the views. Even having to catch and put several Bogong Moths outside was not a problem as so happy to see so many of them. Oh the stairs to get to Pulpit Rock, but again the knee pain was so worth the amazing views.

We really enjoyed staying in this cosy house with amazing views across the valley
The view across the valley was amazing and so peaceful.
The roof was very noisy and the bed in the 2nd bedroom was also very squeaky and squishy.
