    Travis Mitchell is the main reason we keep coming back, his customer service is second to none.

    Location and the ownership, felt really welcoming to be there.

    Room was a little dark, light bulb out in the bathroom and slow drain in the sink.

    quaint place with good food

    breakfast was nice, a chef made eggs, yogurt, and great muffin....the restaurant was very good..could use some updating on the outdoor furniture...we have stayed many times and like the location

    comfortable overnight in central Kanab

    super clean, breakfast (although fairly small), old fashioned decor, central location

    no tiny night light (plug had one, but didn't work) in a very dark inner bathroom, was a bit hazardous to find it at night. staff runs the place, but has no authority to give a yes/no answer on late checkout, or what to do when breakfast isn't quite enough. absent owner.
