    Sehr beeindruckendes Hotel aber etwas fehlendes Gespür für Gäste die 6 Sterne Hotels buchen.

    Ein wirklich tolles Grand Hotel mit sehr viel privatem Luxus

    Das Personal beim Check in ist ungelenk und frech 👿 so etwas kennt man in Hotels dieser Klasse nicht. Ich kam mir als Gast überflüssig vor. Da muss sich etwas ändern sonst bleibt das Hotel so leer wie es war. Vielleicht ist die Unfreundlichkeit beim Check in und Check out auch der Grund warum sowenig Gäste dort waren. Da können auch die hervorragenden Mitarbeiter im Service dies nicht aufholen.
