  Location and closeness to restaurants and shops was excellent

  the presentation of a so called “luxury apartment” No wall sockets in kitchen to plug in kettle/ coffee machine etc There blown bulbs in ceiling light Microwave positioned on top of tall fridge freezer making it unsafe to use at this height - health and safety issue ! Cracked tiling trim around entrance to kitchen TV remote broken in half so TV was unusable Unsafe wall switch behind Tv - missing switch backplate Sofas stained with blood spots and generally grubby with one sofa located on the balcony and covered up to hide major staining Door trims to bathroom blown due to water damage Two ceiling lights not working No towel rails No roll holders Poorly fitted chrome covers on plumbing above the toilet Only one toilet roll provided Balcony sliding glass windows difficult to open and shut Bedroom wardrobe door coming off their hinges Main bedroom light switch cracked and bits missing Light switch by the bed broken and not covered off as unusable Roller blind in main bedroom broken All of these issues should have been checked and sorted out before we were allowed to use this so called luxury apartment A repair man did turn up in the end and provided a new to remote and an extension cable for the kitchen appliances He also changed the dead lightbulbs and took away the roller blind and never returned His comment was that the apartment was in poor condition and needed some investment He could not believe that there were no electric wall sockets in the kitchen for appliances He also said that the position of the microwave was unsafe He could not reach the door to open it without steps

  Ik denk niet dat er nog zo'n mooie locatie bestaat, aanrader!

  We zijn al op veel locaties geweest, maar deze plek is onovertroffen. Het uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon over de haven en de zee én de boulevard, zo mooi. Een heel bijzonder (mooi) gebouw met een prachtig zwembad op het dakterras (wel koud in oktober). Geniet hier 's avonds van het uitzicht. Een heerlijk koffietje to go en ontbijt gehad bij Granier (aanrader). Het was er stil toen wij er waren, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dat ook anders kan zijn. Wij hebben uiteindelijk geparkeerd onder het gebouw, maar je kunt ook gewoon de auto neerzetten op het parkeerterrein, dat is goedkoper. We kregen een harde regenbui over ons heen, waardoor dat laatste geen optie meer was. Een wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig, dat is fijn. (wij hadden appartement 204).

  De communicatie en daardoor de incheck verliep niet goed. Een verkeerd telefoonnummer waardoor mijn bericht over tijd van aankomst niet gelezen was. Uiteindelijk waren we er al op de aangegeven tijd, een ander telefoonnummer gevonden, dat gebeld en het duurde al met al bijna anderhalf uur voor er iemand was om ons binnen te laten. Dat vonden we niet professioneel. Er hing nog wasgoed te drogen buiten over het wasrek, het bed was verkeerd om opgemaakt (haast?) en voor de prijs die je betaalt zou ik echt zeggen; zet een fles water klaar en ten minste twee koffiecupjes voor het Nespresso apparaat en een theezakje. Kleine moeite, heel groot plezier. Let op bij het douchen, het water loopt snel over de rand, wij hebben de douche steeds uitgezet om dit te voorkomen. Aan de opgekrulde plinten was te zien dat dit bij andere mensen mis is gegaan.

  Great apartment , spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. This has been our 4th time staying in the marina , first time at this appointment. Will be back next year for sure
