Disappointing Stay and Serious Security Concerns A serious warning to future guests: Before my arrival, I received fraudulent WhatsApp messages containing my name, booking dates and reservation number, with links requesting payment and later online check-in. My booking information had clearly been compromised, either through Booking.com or, possibly more likely, through the hotel’s reservation system. The messages looked incredibly convincing because the scammers had accurate details of my reservation. Please be extremely careful — it would be very easy to fall for this scam and lose money. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing. After a long day of hiking, I was unable to get dinner (at 17:45) and ended up going to bed hungry, with no assistance or alternative offered. The pool changing rooms and showers were extremely dirty, muddy and smelly. There were no showers conveniently located by the sauna, and I saw guests entering the pool directly after using it. The room was basic but acceptable, although a green light that couldn’t be switched off disturbed my sleep. Check-in felt cold and unwelcoming. On a positive note, breakfast was good and the staff member serving it The overall experience fell far below my expectations, particularly regarding hygiene, hospitality and the security of guests’ booking information.
