    Beautiful home set in the wet rain forest. Wild life galore. Wish I had a week.

    A beautiful property

    A stunning property in a great location. The surrounding rainforest, decking, hammock and plentiful windows make this a beautiful place to stay. On arrival, our reaction was "wow"! Despite being off grid, no problems at all with electricty or water, including hot water for showers. Internet also available. Gardens were very well kept. Restaurants close by (just under 1km roughly). No air conditioning but fans available. Floors and windows were all spotless.

    Some maintenance and cleaning issues. We noticed quite a few window and door locks are broken, there was no soap in the bathroom soap dispenser, mattress in second bedroom needs replacing and the ceiling fan in the second bedroom was thick with dust (my husband cleaned it).

    Quirky hose set in rainforest

    It location in the heart of the Daintree rainforest and the house is in a very quite location but not far from a couple of restaurants and bars

    It is a quirky house but it is a bit dated and will eventually need to be upgraded
