    The location, the facilities in the room, privacy (last unit in the row). Lots of equipment in the kitchen for tenants to use. Good common space for games, quiet time, chill, chit-chat and meals as a family.

    The hot water situation could be better managed.. The unit ran out of hot water as I was showering.. Not sure if it was one off or the other family members used up all the hot water for the evening..

    Wonderful

    Had a bonus table tennis table in the garage which provided lots of fun for our teenage kids and us

    Only 1 tea towel,; no rubbish bins in the bathrooms
