Vacances idéales à la Spezia ! On reviendra !
L’emplacement est super ! Le thème de la décoration très sympa . Les équipements étaient complets . Apparemment très propre et la climatisation au top .Massimo est super et très gentil et très accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement

Apartamento bien equipado y ubicado, si van en auto el parking queda a 15 min caminando de alli.
el apartamento es muy comodo y grande, esta ubicado sobre una calle peatonal del centro muy tranquila, tiene dos baños lo cual se aprecia para una familia grande o grupo de personas, la cocina esta muy bien equipada, asi como todos los rincones, es tranquilo y puedes estar como en casa sin problema, recomendable para estancias largas, el auto no lo vas a necesitar pues es cerca de la estación del tres, del bus y de el puerto, el anfitrión es muy amable y nos explico todo ( en italiano).
Al llegar y si colocan la ubicación en google maps, es un poco confusa nos envio a un edifico de atras donde tambien alquilan apartamentos, el anfitrión no hablaba ingles, solo italiano lo que dificulto la comunicación por telefono, el parking es publico y queda a 15 minutos caminando de alli les recomiendo preguntar sobre el pago, nosotros no sabiamos y por el problema de comunicacion pagamos 98 euros de parking por 3 noches!!!, les recomiendo ir preparados para subir 6 pisos por escalera si van con mucho equipaje es un poco tedioso, aparcar alli es imposible asi que tienen que dejar el auto a 2 cuadras y caminar con las cosas.
