Nido d'amore
L'atmosfera elegante della struttura arredata con sobrietà. Localizzata in un punto tranquillo nel verde. Si percepisce l'attenzione estrema per le sensazioni dell'ospite. È tutto nuovo, pulizia ottimale, profumata e ordinata nel minimo dettaglio e luminosa. Marcello è un proprietario discreto e molto disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il posto auto e il terrazzino della camera da letto. Consigliamo a persone che amano eleganza e cercano serenità.
Il letto potrebbe essere più lungo, visto lo spazio disponibile.

Posizione, tranquillità. Casa perfetta per due, la scala a chiocciola per andare in camera da letto è leggermente stretta e erta ma per noi non ha costituito problema. Arredo semplice come deve essere al mare, di gusto e funzionale, davvero un bel risultato. Ospite sempre pronto, cordiale e attento. Il mare di Capitana a due passi un enorme valore aggiunto,l'acqua spettacolare! L'auto in giardino comodissima, servizi vicini, elettrodomestici nuovi. Oasi di pace, si dorme benissimo!

La struttura e’ stupenda ben tenuta… i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili anche nel dare consigli e molto accoglienti… ci sono parecchie spiagge nelle vicinanze… la casa era molto pulita la consiglio

Superb
We enjoyed our stay at Capitana rooms. Alessia and Marcello were very welcoming, helpful and on hand to respond to any queries. We particularly liked the sunny terrace and the hot tub. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. It was good to have parking on site and it's an ideal base to explore Cagliari and the coast. We loved the casual pizzeria at the end of the road and also the more upmarket restaurant at the marina. A very pleasant stay. Thank you.
There were a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood that interrupted the otherwise peaceful setting...but obviously nothing the hosts can do about that.
