good location but not 5 stars rooms-thus price too high for what it offers.
spa was nice
rooms do not correspond to 5 star hotel- a bit old. maybe about 3, max 4 stars. also our room was connected to next room via door and i could hear everything from that room like they were inside my room.

The cleaning and kitchen workers were nice
Hidden €50/day sunbed fee, rude manager, no outside food I paid nearly €2,000 for a week at this hotel - €320 per night. At the pool, I was told the standard sunbeds in the front row require an extra €50 per day, bundled with a cabana. That is €350 more for the week, on top of €2,000. The cabanas stood empty all morning while paying guests were pushed to the back rows. Staff at reception were dismissive and refused any solution. This charge appears nowhere in the Booking.com listing or terms - a hidden fee in every sense. To top it off, the manager was exceptionally rude and accused us of blackmail simply because we said we would complain and write a review. And the most brazen thing of all, which I have never encountered anywhere in my life: the hotel forbids guests from bringing in outside food. We tried to order a food delivery (Wolt) and were told it is not allowed. I have never encountered such practices at any hotel in Europe. Think twice before booking.
