  We fell in love with Bologna and this apartment- it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Highly highly recommen

  Everything. The location was superb, it was so clean and comfortable, the balcony was perfection and the communications, instructions etc were brilliant.

  Leaving it to come home was brutally hard. We can’t fault anything else.

  Mooi, ruim appartement tegen het centrum van Bologna aan

  Ruim, modern appartement vlak tegen het levendige centrum van Bologna aan en in de buurt van het station. Locatie is ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor Bologna zelf, maar ook voor uitstapjes met de trein naar bijvoorbeeld Modena, Ravenna of Venetië. Het terras is heerlijk om te vertoeven, wel jammer dat alle plantjes eromheen inmiddels dood zijn.

  Oven was stuk, dit is gemeld, maar daar werd verder niet op gereageerd. De QR code voor de wifi werkt niet, je moet het wachtwoord gebruiken dat ergens in je incheck instructies staat. De pas om restvuil weg te brengen is er niet, dit was bekend bij de verhuur organisatie, maar was niet gemeld vooraf. Op het bed ligt een dekbed met daaronder een laken en daarbovenop een laken, is niet echt handig.

  Nice unit, decent location, rude host.

  Nice apartment. Decent location. Clean. Easy to access and host did respond to questions.

  Host/manager was unfriendly, unhelpful and tried to upsell us. The listing on booking.com shows a queen bed and a sofa bed, implying that if one books this property one can have two people sleep in separate beds. I received a message from the host a few hours before booking telling me I had not filled out some sort of check-in form, which I had not received. I filled out the form immediately and sent it back indicating on the form that we preferred to use the two beds. When we got to the unit there was only bedding for one bed. I asked the host immediately for betting for the second bed and was informed that this was not possible since I did not notify him two days in advance as was indicated in the fine print on the pre-check-in form, and that there would be an extra charge for a second set of bedding. Spent three nights there and never received the second set of bedding. We made do with what we had but it was uncomfortable.

  Great property in excellent location.

  Excellent location, easy walking distance from the railway station, and to the historic centre. Bus stops only 3 min walk away with frequent buses to other parts of the city. Lots of local cafes and restaurants. The property had shutters and air conditioning, which was fantastic, as it was unseasonably hot. Very clean and tidy. Communication with the renter was excellent, and I can't fault the way they dealt with any questions, or how quickly they responded regarding the oven.

  Unfortunately the oven wasn't working, although someone came to look at it the same day, they were unable to fix it. We were offered the chance to move location, but decided not to, as everything else was great, and we didn't want to waste time packing up and moving.
