Very nice hotel in a great location to explore both Syracuse and Ortigia.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and we were able to get in our room early. We liked the location . Easy walks to explore both Ortigia and Syracuse. Does have an elevator which was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful . Would stay here again.

Comfortable bed , good linen, good shower,plenty sockets. communication response time impeccable,did not have breakfast but it did look good , great quiet location just across the bridges to Ortigia. staff charming and professional at all times ! Information given to us about the hotel and the suite we had booked was extensive and comprehensive ! A lift which was much appreciated for getting our luggage up and down the stairs.
I must have received 5 or 6 invites to accept the hotels valet parking service for €50 per day , i had no intention of using my car during my 2 night stay and a €100 bill seemed a bit extreme, €40 car park fee, €60 for the valet ,mmmm !!! I felt it a bit pushy and trying to taking advantage of guests nervousness about parking near Ortigia! As a first time driver in Sicily, I found the parking,recommended by the hotel, easy to find and within 3 minutes walk , again exactly as I had been informed by the hotel ! My suite was on 2 floors, bedroom upstairs, not what I was expecting, and not ideal,it probably says this on the site , my mistake for not reading the details carefully enough ! The hotel did communicate this to me before my arrival ,but after the free cancellation deal had expired ! I was offered an alternate room which did not have a balcony, but decided to stick with the balcony room , bit of a mistake on my part as it was tiny , anyone with big feet would struggle to stand on it ! These were minor issues but a bit annoying!
