The personal was very polite, they helped me organising the shuttle to the airport and taking my luggage to the room. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and directly on your table. I felt very welcome! Just 14 minutes walking is the castle of rocks.

welcoming staff and concerning facilities
The staffs were welcoming and supportive. They were always willing to help on multiple occasions, such as local recommendations and room maintainance. The breakfast was fresh and seemed to grow out of their own yard, me and my friend enjoyed, which was really great. The ither guests were also friendly. The household felt peaceful and private.
Me and my friend changed for two rooms. The first was underground, spacious, but the bathroom dorm could not be closed properly, so the smell of bathroom kept pervading. The staff member helped us to change a room, in which the facilitation was much better. However the next day as I was leaving for my flight, the door could not be opened from inside, luckily the room was on ground floor so I ended up climbing outside of the window to catch my shuttle. The staff helped oiled the lock then the door was opened. The wifi signal was on and off during our whole visit, but that seemed to be common over that region. The ballon could be spotted but appeared relatively small.
