    Pleasant, nice location, great breakfast but not great value for what it offered.

    Breakfast was excellent. Rooms lovely but a little odd with the bathroom set up - funky and modern but not very practical. Lighting wa plentiful but despite this not very good and hard to work out which switches were to be used for different lights. Kitchenette and kettle/coffee maker plus fridge a nice touch (but odd for a place like this). Space good but poor layout e.g. room/place to unpack luggage.
