  Beautiful apartment, nice and easy to find. Owners are helpful and easily reachable. Will 100% be staying here again next time I visit Blackpool

  Very disappointing and stressful experience.

  The location was good.

  Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty, so we decided to leave at around 6am despite booking for one night. We paid £89 for the stay plus a £100 deposit. We were later blamed for blocking the toilet, even though we used it normally and did not put wipes or any inappropriate items into it. The £100 deposit was not returned because the property claimed it was used for the toilet repair, which we strongly dispute. We also found another guest review describing a very similar toilet issue and the same problem with the deposit. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience.

  Spacious apartment with basic kitchen facilities. We booked because of 2 bathrooms. Easy check in. Clear instructions. Also recommended parking nearby which was useful.

  Not very clean. If you are a neat freak, don’t book here. Sofa was different than shown in pictures. Rather than 2 sofas it was a L shaped sofa. It was velvet and had a lot of stains. Understandable they can’t change the sofa but I was uncomfortable to sit on it.Both toilets had poo stains. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Host was kind enough to send someone to clean them. But unfortunately, later I found a tuft of hair left in the shower. I simply decided to use the other shower. Toilet on flushing made a loud noise. One of the bathrooms was missing any bath mat. Poor insulation. We could hear footsteps and baby crying in apartment above. Even the noise of them flushing. Bedding was uncomfortable and looked like hadn’t been changed. Pillow covers were inside out in both rooms which made me suspect they had just been reversed without washing from previous stay. Pillows were awful. Had to ultimately sleep without a pillow. A lot of noise from outside. Garbage truck in the morning, seagulls. Very poor quality sleep. Had to sleep with earphones. Presented well in pictures but in reality a bit run down. Not very well maintained. The apartment had an odd smell. We were only staying a night hence did not create a big fuss. Definitely won’t be staying again.

  The apartment is clean and modern, with comfortable furniture. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, the train station, and the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!
