    Central location, adjacent to many restaurants, close to w/front promenade .Helpful staff, happy to accommodate a late check-out. Large comfortable room.

    For a 5 star hotel the above comments should not need to be mentioned ,

    It’s elegance and location

    The shower room needs improvement No storage to unpack So suitcase remains on the floor Writing desk / materials needs attention As an important part of booking the hotel with all its excellent attributes. A poor breakfast and set up would not recommend a revisit

    Resepsiyondaki bayan görevli korkunçtu otele girer girmez bize aşağılayıcı bakışlarını asla unutamam bize iğrenç yaratıklarmışız gibi baktı ve aşırı agresifti hiç ilgilenmedi biz check in işlemi yaparken bizim işlemi bekletip uzun bir süre yunan bir müşteri ile ilgilendi ki biz de sosyokültürel düzeyi yüksek görüntü olarak da ailecek düzgün insanlarız otele dilenci girmiş gibi davranması tam bir fiyaskoydu eminim yunan olmayan yabancı müşterilerin geneline bu şekilde davranıyordur.acilen oradaki işine son verilmeli yada bu konuda eğitilmeli çünkü diğer çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü bu durum otelin değerini düşürüyor ve ciddi oranda müşteri kaybettirir ayrıca kahvaltı da çok kötüydü çeşit yok denecek kadar az ve olanlarda hiç yenecek gibi değil ve hiç hijyenik değildi kahve makinesi de hijyenik değildi
