Great for both backpackers, couples and families!
I was nervous about the shared room with so many beds on swings but it actually was better than expected! The staff is quite friendly and the bathrooms and showers were always well maintained. The food was pretty decent and next door was an excellent Indonesian restaurant. I was surprised by the lack of mosquitoes.
The bamboo floors in the shared rooms can be noisy, this didn't bother me personally but I could see a sensitive sleeper not enjoying that aspect. There were also several families mixed in with the backpackers and the children often occupied the entire pool area and all the seating but that's not really an issue when the beach is less than a minute away

Bonito alojamiento, pero con varios aspectos que mejorar
La limpieza es de 10. La zona es bonita y el alojamiento tiene un aspecto muy cuidado y agradable. Lo limpian todos los días y huele muy bien.
La relación calidad-precio es mala. El personal nos pareció bastante borde y el desayuno era muy malo; varios días preferimos no desayunar allí a pesar de tenerlo pagado. Otro problema importante es que las casas no están bien aisladas del ruido. Todos los días nos despertaba la llamada a la oración a las 5 de la mañana, incluso usando tapones. Sabemos que no es algo que dependa del alojamiento, pero un mejor aislamiento ayudaría muchísimo a descansar.

exceptional al
The hotel is beautiful and food amazing! The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful. They even arranged for my daughter’s flippers to be sent to kuta after we forgot them. We were so grateful. We also loved the movie night with popcorn for the kids.
