    We discovered, too late, that other resorts had snorkeling and sunset cruises that went out as sched

    A/C was good. Staff was cooperative. Location was central

    We booked there to snorkel and to see the famous Keys sunset from a cruise. Both were canceled several times, so we didn't get to do either. The room was clean when we first used it, but it was not cleaned during the other days of the trip- garbage not emptied; towels not changed. TV didn't work in the first room. They moved us to a second room, but no regular TV channels were available.

    Nice inside

    Being forced to check out by 10 am aftrr we just had flown across the country and were exhausted- ridiculous and unacceptable 🤬
