    If you know what to expect its not that bad unless the AC goes out.

    there was no breakfast. I've stayed here before and knew what to expect. Location was super convenient, real close to boat ramp.

    We got there and there was water all over the floor from AC unit. Not that big of a deal just got some extra towels. AC went out Saturday night and there are no fans in the rooms so got to about 80 degrees and could not sleep at all so left at 2:30 in the morning to go back home.
