A lovely, characterful old hotel in a picture-perfect location, buzzing with history.
This has to be the best-located hotel in the whole of Chania Old Town! Our room, on the upper floor, had its own private terrace - with stunning views across the beautiful Venetian harbour and quick access to a wealth of charming bars and restaurants. The building itself 'breathes' history - with lots of old-world charm and character (but still great Wi-Fi!) The staff were all delightful, too: courteous, efficient and always very friendly.
Chania Old Town and its harbourfront bustle with life till late in the evening. And its hardworking restaurateurs get up early to give everyone breakfast! We LOVED the constant energy, but if you prioritise a whisper-quiet 8-9 hours' sleep, consider somewhere less vibrant (i.e. less rewarding!)

I liked nothing. The most depressing experience of my life
The room was about 2,5x2 m with a tiny bathroom, dark and prison like. Must have been a little storage room before, just off reception area, so lots of noise from passing guests. I never saw a hotel room like that and I'm pretty old. €80 for that was a total rip-off

Perfect location, clean and extremely helpful with local knowledge
I was a solo traveler which meant my room was extremely small with a single bed and no views, however for the time spent in the hotel it was adequate for what I needed

lovely hotel with great service and a very pleasant atmosphere
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options to start the day. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful and offers a lovely atmosphere and wonderful views, making it a great place to relax. Overall, a lovely hotel with great service and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here!
