    la struttura è nuova,ben tenuta,pulitissima,gli ambienti sono grandi sia la camera che il bagno. La colazione non è a buffet ma la signora prepara qualsiasi cosa si possa desiderare basta comunicarlo in anticipo. Io faccio colazione salata e mi preparava uova strapazzate,formaggio di capra,ricotta di pecora,frutta e frutta secca a volontà.Gli amici che viaggiavano con noi invece che gradivano più una colazione dolce,la signora andava nella pasticceria artigianale a prendere ogni leccornia possibile... Il valore aggiunto della struttura è appunto la titolare sempre presente e disponibile ad esaudire ogni desiderio.Se torneremo a Porto sant Elpidio sicuramente soggiorneremo nuovamente in questa struttura.Super raccomandato!

    i parcheggi nei dintorni sono tutti a pagamento.Non è assolutamente un problema o una mancanza della struttura ma è da sapere
