Es un apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días. La ubicación es genial, puedes ir andando a todos los lugares. El apartamento cuenta con todo, la cocina está completamente equipada La piscina que hay en el residencial parecía reformada recientemente y muy cuidada Cuenta con un aparcamiento dentro que resulta muy cómodo para evitar pago de parking.
Las camas podrían mejorar...sobre todo las almohadas son muy muy finas e incómodas.

Super appartement, top locatie, wel toe aan een opknapbeurt
De locatie was geweldig. Op korte loopafstand van zowel het Burriana strand als het centrum van Nerja. Het appartement is heerlijk ruim met een geweldig uitzicht. Gedeeld zwembad is echt superfijn en het onderhoud van de gezamenlijke voorzieningen van het complex is werkelijk heel goed. Alles fris en schoon, elke dag weer. Ook heel fijn was de parkeergelegenheid van het complex. Het eigen balkon is geweldig om ‘s avonds lekker te zitten en mensen te kijken. Tenslotte was het appartement erg compleet met wasmachine, vaatwasser en airconditioning. Contact met de verhuurder was vriendelijk, ze zitten op korte loopafstand.
Badkamers en keuken en wat meubels zijn eigenlijk wel toe aan een opknapbeurt en het had allemaal net wat beter schoongemaakt kunnen zijn. Bij aankomst waren de keuken en tafel niet schoon. Dat hebben we zelf eerst schoongemaakt. Ook waren borden, bestek en glazen niet fris en dat hebben we voor gebruik door de vaatwasser gehaald. Een keukenlade was kapot. Tenslotte bleek de vaatwasser afvoerwater te lekken. Hiervoor is een monteur gekomen maar dat duurde enkele dagen.
