    The location was exceptional. 10/10

    Customer service was nonexistent. We were given 1 key between 4 adults. Our messages to customer service explaining how this was negatively impacting on our holiday and requesting an additional key and access to the locked safe were ignored. This is a faceless service, all transactions are conducted through an app. We did not see or talk to any person between booking, arrival and checkout. The apartment itself was a little bit shabby with mismatched light bulbs, and switches and sockets that didn't work. The air-conditioning was noisy and only available in the bathroom and bedrooms. We had to share the balcony with the cleaning equipment (mop, bucket, dustpan, sweeping brush), the clothes airer, beach chairs and umbrellas and the air-conditioning unit, which was a bit of an eyesore. It wouldn't take much to conseal it. We have stayed in a much bigger apartment very close to this one for much less , with far better facilities and excellent customer service. You can't beat the personal touch.

    Great location but the lack of air conditioning tarnished our stay.

    The location of this property is excellent. I know Nerja very well and you will struggle to beat this location. The views are stunning - especially from the balcony. It is a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

    Air conditioning - it doesn’t work. It’s a simple as that. The system is very dated and needs a complete replace IMO. I reported this issue numerous times (the first time it took someone days to get back to me). Someone looked at it and couple of days later whilst we were at the beach but nothing changed. We were just left four fans (which blow hot air about). This would not have been an issue in the winter time - but during summer months, air conditioning is a must and it spoilt our trip.
